HOW WE WORK...

We have at our disposal an extensive team of highly qualified, full-time staff, including account managers, project managers, buyers, foremen, quantity surveyors, bricklayers, carpenters and others.

We augment this by drawing upon the best sub-contractors on the market – specialists in areas such as plastering, tiling, carpeting, plumbing, electrical work, air conditioning, joinery and carpentry etc. (We have known and worked with some of our contractors for most of our working lives, which means that we maintain a sense of continuity).

Our associate businesses, including a joinery and cabinet-making company (Country Joiners), an electrical company as well as a plant hiring corporation (for specialised machinery), ensure that further support and quality are provided for the core business.

We also enjoy a long-standing, successful relationship with many of our suppliers, which helps ensure a reliable, on-time supply of quality materials.

BL Williams has formed an alliance with joint venture partners, Group 5, allowing us to enlarge our building capacity significantly, and have already worked with Group 5 on a number of major projects over the past decade.

Because of these resources, we are able to:

  • Staff each project with people with the experience and know-how to get the job done correctly – whatever the job may be.
     

  • Offer our clients complete turnkey solutions, seeing projects through from conceptualisation to completion.
     

In addition to conducting business in strict compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, we hold our work up to the highest moral, ethical and professional standards.
